The website https://mysmartmoney.io/ is falsely claiming to be CAR No. 1285765, operating under the business name Digital Asset Funds Pty Ltd trading as mysmartmoney, and is claiming to be an authorised representative of Quay Wholesale Fund Services Pty Ltd (Quay).
These claims are false.
This entity is not a Corporate Authorised Representative of Quay. It is improperly using this representative number and referencing a similarly named company to the legitimate CAR holder.
They do not have permission to use Quay’s name, details, or any of our information.
This matter has been reported to ASIC and ScamWatch.
